MRM method: MassHunter Acquisition details for all dMRM transitions (csv format). The number of transitions here is lower than the final list of lipid species as some transitions allow for the monitoring of multiple peaks which are separated upon integration.
Time reference compounds: Suggested time reference compounds for each lipid species, as well as response factors and %CV values.
Internal standard list: A mixture of internal standards were prepared in-house from commercially available sources, but premade mixtures such as the SPLASH LIPIDOMIX Mass Spec Standard (Avanti) are also suitable.
