Summary statistics (Linear model)

Model 1 represents linear regression between diet items and lipid species, scaled to unit SD before running regression (for forest plots) and lipid sets (for LSEA plots). The analysis is adjusted for age, sex, BMI, energy intake, clinical lipids, exercise level, diabetes status, and smoking status.

Model 2 represents summary statistics from linear regression between diet items and lipid species, scaled to unit SD before running regression (for forest plots) and lipid sets (for LSEA plots). The analysis is adjusted for age, sex, BMI, energy intake, clinical lipids, smoking, exercise level, diabetes status, and diet groups (other than the predictor belongs). E.g. Full cream milk adjusted for diet groups other than total dairy, apples adjusted for diet groups other than fruits...
